Free stamped shipping is included on some items, however, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please note that we are extremely busy during Holiday months, (February - Valentine's Day, April/May - Easter, August - Summer Clearance and Back to School, October through to December - Halloween and Christmas/Holidays).
