Payment Options

We accept the following:

- PayPal

- INTERAC E-Transfer

- Credit Card a/o Debit Visa 

- Sezzle (this is an interest-free installment plan, broken into bi-weekly equal payments)

Price Adjustments

If an item you've purchased within 7 business days (Monday to Friday; not including Holidays) just went on sale, you are entitled to a refund of the difference.


Custom orders are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, instead, we offer store credits within 7 business days of original purchase. Products must be returned on the buyer's behalf, in original packaging.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time depends on the item(s) ordered. Our TAT guideline states 2 weeks (14 days, Monday-Friday), although we tend to get products out MUCH faster. Please do not hesitate to ask about our "Rush Order" option.

Weekends are typically used for self-care, however, during busier times we may be in the office working on orders. 

Design Acceptance

I will send the design alongside colours to choose from typically within 24-48 hours of placing the order. Please ensure all information and spelling are correct. Any mistakes after acceptance will NOT receive a refund.

Shipping and Local Pickup in Kitchener, ON & Milton, ON

We offer multiple shipping options, as well as local pickup and paid delivery in the Waterloo Region and Halton Region. If you are unsure which shipping option works for you, please do not hesitate to ask. Please note that once the product(s) are shipped, shipping is out of my control. 

If local pickup is chosen, you have 10 business days to pick-up your item(s) before they are deemed forfeited by the buyer.

Stamped shipping is a non-tracked option and is non-refundable if lost. Tracked shipping is encouraged.

Any damaged product(s) must be reported within 24 hours of receiving, accompanied by pictures of the packaging, as well as the product(s).
