We are located in Waterloo, Ontario. We offer local pickup. Please note that we are extremely busy during Holiday months, (February - Valentine's Day, April/May - Easter, August - Summer Clearance and Back to School, October through to December - Halloween and Christmas/Holidays). Please order with ample time to receive your order. 3 weeks is risking it for receiving your order on time.
